Thank you, Walk for Peace, for your faithful pilgrimage

On Oct. 26, Buddhist monks embarked on a long-distance pilgrimage from Fort Worth, TX, to Washington, DC, to spread healing, unity, and compassion.
This beautiful journey of faith spanned over 80 days and 2,300 miles.
At every stop along the way, these venerable monks have lifted prayers, meditations, and chants, expressing their faith-filled calling for unity and compassion at a time when our country feels deeply divided, and our government is more tyrannical than ever.
As Christians committed to walking the way of Jesus, we value people of all faiths engaging in prophetic witness that aligns with the values of building the Beloved community where we are all connected, loved, and cared for.
The venerable monks of the Walk for Peace pilgrimage arrive in Washington, DC, on February 10. Let's show them that Christians everywhere are grateful for the hope they have spread on their journey.
