Tell Congress: Co-Sponsor the Transgender Bill of Rights

They are coming for our trans neighbors -- one bill at a time.
Stand with us to declare: NOT IN OUR NAME.
In 2025 alone, over 1,000 anti-trans bills were introduced in state legislatures across the country -- targeting children in schools and trying to strip basic rights to liberty and dignity.
These bills are part of a coordinated campaign from the highest levels of the U.S. government to erase our transgender siblings from society by white Christian Nationalists who dare to cloak their cruelty in the language of Christianity.
That is not the God we know. It is not the way of Jesus.
Rep. Pramila Jayapal and Sen. Ed Markey have reintroduced the Transgender Bill of Rights -- a landmark resolution calling on the federal government to do what it has long failed to do: codify the safety, dignity, and full civil rights of Americans who identify as LGBTQ.
The bill would amend the Civil Rights Act to explicitly protect trans people from discrimination, guarantee access to gender-affirming care, protect trans students, and invest in community protections for a community under relentless attack.
It is a moral benchmark. And we need Congress to hear from the faithful.
As progressive Christians and allies, we must draw the line here.
Christ opens his arms to welcome all. Jesus came to serve and love all people, but to especially protect the weak, the vulnerable, and the marginalized.
Christian Nationalism excludes. It divides, intimidates, and threatens.
White Christian Nationalists seek to merge church and state, not because they love God but because it propels an agenda based on greed and corruption.
Silence is not an option. Faithful America believes God calls Christians to act.
The Trump administration's campaign against trans people is not just cruel; it's anti-Christian and a betrayal of everything Christ taught us throughout his life of radical love and service.
Someone has to stand up. We believe that's all of us.
